We Cover all the core and option units of the S/NVQ Level 2 and 3 Classroom/ Teaching Assistant's award. Also covers the CACHE Certificate for Teaching Assistants (CTA2) Syllabus. It is a matter for local employers to decide what skills, experience and qualifications are necessary when recruiting for any school support post, bearing in mind the nature of the support required for the specific posts they wish to fill. Most T/A posts are advertised with the following requirement: "Applicants must have NVQ2 or 3 or equivalent." The completed evidence portfolio and Diploma are regularly accepted as equivalent to NVQ 2/3 by numerous schools all over the UK.
