Who is the course intended for? Home Learn UK courses are for everyone. They are specifically written in a way that allows you to study at your own pace, in your own time, whatever your situation. Amateurs and complete beginners can gain all the skills of professional Interior Designers. This Interior Design course will prepare you for working in industry or starting your own practice.
No prior knowledge is necessary to study this course. Qualifications This course is all about design. Therefore; the assignments will build up to a complete portfolio, covering every area of this very creative career.
The assignments will be marked by your Tutor, and will build to a body of evidence, to show future clients, and employers.
The Home Learn UK Diploma in Interior Design will be awarded based on your work throughout the course.
How long does the course last? Recommended study time is 4 hours minimum per week. (Not compulsory).
Completion time will vary dependant on your individual circumstances.
Average study time is 170 hours overall plus assignments.

There are at least 3 assignments to complete for every module. Some will be up to 10 pages long. You will produce plans and designs on graph paper and other stationery (All provided!) to provide a truly Professional portfolio.
