Delivery:  Courses when in stock will be dispatched within 7 days excluding weekends and sent by Courier. (Signature required)

If we are out of stock of any item, we will ensure you receive your full course within 14 working days.

All prices shown are inclusive of value added tax where applicable.

These may be from a third party. By purchasing any item from us, that qualifies for such offers, you agree, that in order to provide you with any such offer, you give home learn uk permission to provide your details to a third party.

We will not, under any circumstances pass any financial information to any other party.  There will never be any cost, or financial risk to you regarding these offers.

We only link, or partner with companies who are approved, and have the relevant Data Protection policies and systems in place.

Further exceptions:

Distance Learning is not suitable for students with learning, literacy, or numeracy difficulties.

It is the Customer/Student responsibility to ensure that  any qualification offered by HLUK will be accepted by the relevant body/industry/association, before enrolling/purchasing any course/study package.

Health and Safety:

Home Learn UK Will not be held responsible for any personal injury, damage or loss, to any person, either as a direct or indirect result, of instructions not being followed correctly in any of our courses.

Refunds/Returns:

Home Learn UK will refund the price, or exchange any product found to be faulty.

Please note: No software/cd/dvd Beauty products can be accepted for return if the seal has been broken. This complies with the UK and EU legislation and does not affect your statutory rights.

We offer a full refund on all paper based courses, as long as they are returned in good condition and not marked in anyway within 7 days of delivery date, (Date of parcel signed for) with an explanation of why you are not satisfied with the goods. Contact us as soon as possible, if for any reason you need to return an item.

If a product/course is faulty we will pay the return costs. If the item is being returned for any other reason, (within 7 days as above) the customer must pay the return costs.

Home Learn UK will not offer any refund due to a change in customer/student circumstances. (After the 7 day period) If a course is returned to us without contacting us first, after this period, we are under no obligation to offer any refund. We may under certain circumstances, and using our discretion, issue a refund deducting a £20 admin fee.

Privacy:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
